At StateLineTack, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags are attached and items are free of horse hair or debris to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective materials and original tags are included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
